1. Wash Your Face Daily and After Exercise with Oil-Free Facewash 

 

You must be cleansing your face twice daily with oil-free face wash, once in the morning and once in the evening and after exercise. You have to choose oil-free cleansers which contain 2 percent salicylic acid. It helps to remove skin surface oil, unclog pores and can prevent acne or blackheads without drying out your skin. 

 

2. Use Skin Toner

 

Skin toners are good for oily skin, It control excess oil and penetrate the pores provide more cleaning, and improve your complexion. It keeps the skin moisturized and restores the skin's pH balance.

 

3. Apply Moisturize

 

Moisturize your oily skin with ingredients with humectants, glycerine, occlusive, and emollients.

Humectants are substance that helps to moisture from the deeper skin layers to the outermost layer and keeps skin hydrated.

11. Apply Honey

 

Honey is a natural humectant, it can be used to treat acne and oily skin and keep the skin moist but not oily.

 Apply honey on the skin, spread a thin layer onto your face and let it dry for about 10 minutes, and rinse thoroughly with warm water.

 

12. Use Oatmeal

 

You can use oatmeal as a face mask. It is highly absorbent which helps pull out oil and impurities from your skin pores.

 

Apply the oatmeal mixture (oatmeal and honey) to your face and massage the oatmeal mixture into 3 minutes on your face and leave it on for 5-10 minutes then rinse with warm water.

 

13.  Apply Tomato

 

Apply the tomato super fruit, tightens pores, lightens complexion and restores the pH level of the skin, and it controls the amount of sebum produced.

Tomatoes have acidic properties, help absorb excess skin oils, and unclog skin pores. Tomatoes work as astringent properties that soothe irritated skin and antioxidants to protect the skin from the damaging effects of free radicals.

 Take tomato pulp or tomato slices to your skin. Apply tomato pulp to the skin in a circular motion. Leave for 5 minutes And rinse thoroughly with warm water.

 

14. Use Cucumber

 

Cucumber is a great source of Vitamin C for your skin. Apply on the face daily with cucumber water which helps prevent it from getting too oily and makes blemish-free skin and it also balances the pH of the skin.

Apply ice cube over your face. Rubbing an ice pack on the face, constricts or shrinks the oil-producing skin pores, and helps control excess oil production.

Applying ice cubes on your face can help in reducing excess oil production, thus reducing excessive oiliness of the skin.

 

16. Apply Egg whites and Lemons

 

Using egg whites and lemons on your face is the remedy for oily skin. Using it on face helps in tightening the pores of the skin. Apply egg white and lemon face mask, the acid in lemons and other citrus fruits may help absorb the oil of the skin. 

Take 1 egg white with 1 teaspoon freshly-squeezed lemon juice, make it mixture for a face mask.

Now apply it to your face, and leave it on until the mask dries.

Remove with warm water.

 

17. Apply Aloe Vera Gel

 

You can use Aloe vera on your face to treat oily skin. Apply a thin layer of aloe vera pulp to your face before bedtime and leave it on until morning.

In some people aloe vera causes an allergic reaction, so you can test a small amount of aloe vera on your forearm If no reaction appears within 24, it should be safe to use.
