Heart is innervates by Vagal and sympathetic fibers.

Dilates coronary artery. Constrict coronary artery
Right vagus nerve primarily innervates the SA node.
Where as left vagus integrates the AV node.
Medulla located in brain stem, major site in brain for regulating autonomic nerve flow to heart and blood pressure.
Medulla is the primary site in brain for regulating sympathetic and parasympathetic outflow to heart and blood vessel.
