Mosaic Klinefelter's Syndrome
An extra X chromosome in some of the cells and other cell have normal male chromosome.
Clinical manifestations
1. Reduce muscle mass, facial hair, body hair.
2. Delayed puberty
3. Longer legs, shorter torso, broader hips
4. Impair muscle tone and strength
5. Larger breast than normal (Gynecomastia)
6. Smaller testis
7. Narrow shoulder
8. Female type-pubic hair pattern
9. Infertility
10. Reduce libido function
