1. Belly of muscle
Large fleshy portion of muscle between origin and insertion is called belly or gaster.
2. Origin and insertion of muscles
Origin is attachment site that doesn't move during contraction. The end of muscle attach to stationary bone is called origin (or head).
Insertion is attachment site that does move when muscle contract. The end of muscle attached to bone that moves is insertion.
Origin is more proximal attachment (closer to axial skeleton) and insertion is more distal attachment.
