Absorbed with fat in Intestine and stored in liver, muscle and body fat.

15mg daily (22 IU)

Prevent oxidative degradation of cell membrane.
Protect RBCs from hemolysis due to oxidizing agent.
Antisterility action
Chain of reaction of oxidative degradation of lipids. Prevent peroxidation of polyunsaturated fatty acids in tissues and cell membranes.
