Unit of measurement of bacteria is micrometer. Average size of most bacteria between 0.2-2.0 micrometer in diameter.
Size range, 0.5-10 micrometer in length.
Medically important bacteria generally measure 0.2-1.5 micrometer in diameter and 3-5 micrometer in length.
