Fungi

1. Fungi are eukaryotes

2. Most fungi are multicellular except for yeast.

3. Fungi reproducing both sexually or asexually.

4. Rigid cell wall containing chetin

5. Cytoplasmic membrane contain sterols

6. Fungi has nucleus with DNA

7. Most are easily seen with nacked eye

8. Has organelles, each with distinct job.


Bacteria

1. Bacteria are prokaryotes.

2. Bacteria are single celled.

3. Bacteria reproduce via binary fission

4. Cell wall made of peptidoglycan called murein.

5. Bacterial cytoplasmic membrane composed of phospholipid bilayer and proteins.

6. Bacteria has no nucleus DNA is loose in cell.

7. Can only be seen with microscope.

8. Has no organelles.
