Colostrum

Saliva

Mucus

Seminal fluid

Urine

Ig A secretory immunoglobulin.

Function of Ig A

Secretes; saliva, colostrum, tear

Provide phagocytosis

Provide local immunity against; 

1. Respiratory pathogens

2. Intestinal pathogens

Ig A in colostrum provides passive immune protection to the new born.

Killing intracellular microorganisms.
