the mouth and keep the mouth and teeth clean and hygienic.
7. Keep Hydrated - Drink more Water
Drinking water keeps the body hydrated as well as keeps the
teeth clean and healthy. Water is the best beverage for your overall health By
drinking water plaque, sticky substances, food particles of the teeth wash out
or wipe and keep the mouth clean from bad breath. Water also keeps the

Healthy food is the main gateway to keeping your mouth healthy
and fresh. Your eating habit affects the teeth' health. Crunchy food such as
carrot, keeping teeth stronger. You should include a Calcium-rich diet that
gives strength to your teeth.
10. Visit Your Dentist Every 6 Months
Experts recommend that individuals visit a dentist every 6
months for a checkup or dental examination. The dentist will check and clean
the teeth and remove plaque, hardened tartar (hard calcified deposits that form
and coat the teeth and gums ). If there are any visual signs of cavities,
gingivitis, gum disease, and other oral health issues, use dental X-rays to
check for cavities and proceed to treatment.
11. Do Not Smoke or Chewing Tobacco
We know smoking is dangerous to health, it causes severe gum
disease and it also affects the mouth, leading to yellowing of the teeth and
tongue, and giving bad odor breath. Chewing tobacco also develops gum disease or
periodontal disease, creating an increased risk of tooth decay.
