Prefer homemade food for your kids, don't give your kid’s street food, it may not be fresh or have unhygienically stored that may make your baby sick, and can cause stomach infection.

Care for children becomes a vital part of the monsoon. Specially drinking water, drinking enough water helps us keep hydrated and kill the bad bacteria preventing many harmful monsoon diseases.

12. Selection of Diet

 

You can include in children's diet lots of walnuts, almonds, prunes, and dates during monsoon season. These are rich sources of antioxidants, energy and boost kids’ immunity.

You can cook food with the use of spices such as garlic, pepper, and ginger in your kid's diet as they help with digestion and also help in the fight against infection.
