take extra care regarding the food habits of your children.

your child, before eating anything, do hands wash or use a hand.

possible avoid the outside food, this can be contaminated or ingredient maybe
not be fresh, which result in food poisoning, diarrhea, stomach pain in
your children.

3. Stay hydrated Kid’s body - Prevent Dehydration
During summer, temperatures increase, lack of
water in the body causes exhaustion and you can feel fatigued, extreme thirst,
muscle cramping, dizziness, lack of sweat, nausea and make skin dry. So, it is
very important to you and your kid’s “stay cool and hydrated”.
Make sure children are drinking
water; it helps kids to stay hydrated.
Just like eating healthy, you have to keep
attention children what should be choosing healthy drink options.
If you provide healthy options for your child,
it is in easy reach for children and encourages healthy habits in your
children. Try to keep limiting extra sugary drinks and focus on healthier options.
You can make drink water for your kids such as
lemon water, cucumber lemon water, herbal tea, and fruits containing water such
as Melons, salads, fresh juice, coconut water.
4. Give a super cool summer diet
Give your children summer foods so that that
keep children are active and energetic.
You can include in diet list of healthiest
summer foods to feed your children such as -fruit salad, oatmeal, green leafy
vegetables, yogurt/ dahi/ milk, watermelon, cucumber, onions, musk melon,
raw-mango water, unsalted nuts and seeds, beans, peas, soy products.
Choose wisely what diet should be included or
excluded. Spices can improve your food and give lots of skin benefits. But
using too much spicy food can cause harm to the body. It is better to use in limit on spicy foods during summer.

During the summer season spread lots of

6. Keep Bugs, mosquitoes, and ticks away
During summer, because of the increased
temperature, there is an increase in insect activities such as bugs, insects,

spray, keep your child free from bug bites by having bug spray or
repellent on hand.
You can
use natural bug repellents that are useful inside and outside the home area.
7. Treat your eyes well
The
intensity of light in summer is higher than in other seasons. Scorching heat in
summers can cause eye infections. When a child's skin and eyes are exposed to
dust particles, hot temperature, radiation, it causes redness, squinting, or
itching of your kid’s eyes.
So when
you are planning to go outside with kids, make sure that your child has to
wear a hat and sunglasses, which help to protect the eye and keep hydrated.
8. Make sure kid’s get enough sleep
Make sure that your kids get to sleep well
during summer. Avoid any hurdle or disturbance that causes sleep unwell.
9. Schedule Check-ups and Vaccinations for Kid’s

kid’s such as check-ups, dental, and eye exams for the summer months. Check-ups
