. Renal Agenesis/ Hypoplasia
Renal agenesis is complete absence of one (unilateral) or both (bilateral) kidney. It occurs due to failure of kindney to develop in fetus.
Symptoms/ clinical features
1. Low set ears
2. Flat nose and wide
3. Limb deformities
4. Small chin
5. Pulmonary hypoplasis causing respiratory failure.
6. Prominent epicanthic fold
7. Lack of urine production
