Paranasal sinuses air filled spaces/ cavities present in bone of skull around nasal cavity.

1. Frontal sinus

Superior to eyes, in frontal bone

2. Sphenoid sinus

Center of skull base under pituitary gland.

3. Ethmoid sinus

With in ethmoid bone between nose and the eyes.

4. Maxillary sinus

Largest paranasal sinus.

Under eyes in maxillary bone.
