Structure of Chromosome
Chromosome is thread like structure made up of DNA. Chromosome are found in nucleus of each cell.
Gene found in structure called chromosome.
Types of Chromosome
In human, types of chromosome are divided into two types;
1. Autosomes (body chromosome)
2. Allosomes (sex chromosome)
Certain genetic traits are linked to person's sex and are passed on through sex chromosome.
The autosomes contain rest of genetic hereditary information.
Each chromosome is made of protein and single molecule of Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA).
Each chromosome, is made up of DNA tightly coiled many times around proteins histones that support structure.
DNA + Histone protein = chromosomes
Structure of chromosome
Chromosomes carry basic genetic material DNA, which is responsible to provide hereditary characteristics and genetic information to various cell.

Chromatin
Histone; A protein associated with DNA.
Chromatin a substance with in a chromosome consisting of DNA and protein.
Maor protein in chromatines are histones, which help packed the DNA in compact form that fits in cell nucleus.
46 chromosomes found on human cell.
