2. Blood pressure
3. Behaviour of uterus
4. Abnormal vaginal bleeding watch at least 1 hours after delivery
5. Uterus is contracted or not
Fully satisfied general condition-
Uterus well contracted.
No abnormal vaginal bleeding.
Patient sent to ward.
